Spinach Salad w/Warm Bacon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Place the bacon fat in a small saucepan over low heat, then whisk in the vinegar, sugar, and mustard. Season to taste.
  2. Toss the spinach, mushrooms, onions, and bacon into the dressing.
  3. Plate, garnish with egg slices, and serve.
